Steven Spielberg Ordered Megan Fox Fired from Transformers 3 for Hitler Comment

After "Transformers 2" came out, Fox famously compared Bay to "Napoleon and Hitler" -- impressing those who wouldn't have thought Fox knew who those two humans were -- and crew members who work for Bay shot back with a letter that called Fox "queen of talking trailer trash" and recommended she look forward to a future in porn. After each of those incidents, it was obvious that Fox wouldn't be back for a third film, and she's not, having been replaced by Victoria's Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. Wimbledon 2011: defending champion Serena Williams fights back tears as victory ends nightmare

Serena Williams has never wept on court before. Not even when she won her first major, the US Open in 1999, has the big beast of the women’s game shown the remotest hint of vulnerability.
But on Centre Court on Tuesday, she greeted her 6-3, 3-6, 6-1 victory over France’s Aravane Rezai by burying her head in her towel and engaging in a full-on, shoulder-shaking, Bambi’s Mother death-scene blub. “I’m not a crier,” she smiled after her tears had dried. “I think it was something in my eye.” Culled from The Telegraph (online)

9 Things You Need to Know About ICANN’s New Top Level Domains

On Monday, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), approved the creation of generic top-level domains (TLDs) for brands and organizations. Historically, only 22 general use-approved TLDs, which include .com, .org, .net and a host of others, have existed across the web. A number of country code top-level domains (like .me and .ly) also exist and throughout the years, many individuals not from those countries have used those domains to give their domain or brand a more memorable (or in some cases, shorter) URL. The promise of more generic TLDs is immense because it could conceivably open up new domain extensions and opportunities for a wider variety of brands, organizations and services. Dexter Isaac says he shot Tupac, but lawyer says no

Convicted killer Dexter Isaac says that he was paid to shoot Tupac by hip hop mogul James Rosemond. But Rosemond’s lawyer, Jeffrey Lichtman, says it’s not true, Associated Press reports. Rapper Tupac Shakur was shot in the mid ‘90s outside a recording studio in Manhattan. After being hit five times, he miraculously survived, just to be deadly shot later on, in as Vegas. His death was surrounded by mystery and it brought in the center of attention the two hip-hop movements – the East Coast and the Wet Coast – who is thought to have contributed through their war to the death of the rapper. Dexter Isaac confesses on Wednesday that he was offered 2,500 dollars by Rosemond to shoot and rob Tupac. He says that he robbed him of some jewelry and he handed over a diamond ring to Rosemond after the events. “I still have the chain that we took that night” the note f Isaac mentioned. The police started looking into the matter but the investigation would do nothing but make some light into the case, without any charges done, partly because it is a case that happened almost 17 years ago.
